A Turkish Diplomat Abdulkadir Erkahraman has warned Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari to stop sending the military to south-eastern Nigeria to kill the members of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOP).
The diplomat made this know in a viral video shared on social media.
Erkahraman stated that the issue of Nigeria can be solved via mediation, and the Biafrans are ready to dialogue with the Government.
